BC Assessment provides a full range of property assessment products and services to local governments including municipalities, regional districts and improvement districts. Our Local Government & Indigenous Relations Department is focused on continually improving BC Assessment's property assessment and information products and services, our communications, and our collaboration with local governments and Indigenous communities.

BC Assessment provides taxing authorities with access to assessment roll data via electronic data files and self-serve reporting tools.

BC Assessment makes its property information database accessible through BC OnLine. The BC OnLine Internet service provides private and public sector customers with access to a number of government databases.
