Roll Stability Report is intended to assist in
sufficient
allocation
of
assessment
appeal
reserves to account for potential property tax refunds.
The
Roll Stability Report provides the following information for the roll year selected:
- Listing of Total General Net Value for the Completed, Revised, and latest SUPP Roll by Property Class
- Percent change, by Property Class, in Total General Net Value between the Revised to Completed, latest SUPP to Revised, and latest SUPP to the Completed Rolls
