1. Rural Residential Questionnaires
Purpose:
Residential questionnaires enable confirmation of improvement inventory via self-reporting by property owners from target areas. The approach is particularly effective when site visits are less feasible, i.e. in rural and remote locations.
Scope:
Approximately 8,800 folios in the following regions will be reviewed:

Impacts:

2. Residential Desktop Review Project
Purpose:
Residential Desktop Review (DTR) deploys a combination of high resolution (7.5 cm) aerial and street front imagery to review residential improvement inventory in urban areas of the Province.
Scope:
Approximately 13,800 folios in the following regions will be reviewed:
VANCOUVER ISLAND | 6,582 |
LOWER MAINLAND | 6,626 |
THOMPSON OKANAGAN | 593 |
TOTAL | 13,801 |

3. Residential Desktop Review Lite Project
Purpose:
Residential Desktop Review Lite (DTR Lite) deploys low to medium resolution (15 or 22.5 cm) aerial imagery to review residential improvement inventory in suburban and rural areas of the Province.
Scope:
Approximately 1,500 folios in the following regions will be reviewed:

3. Residential Cruise
Purpose:
Residential Cruise allows residential improvement inventory to be reviewed in the field and inspected by exception; either inspecting inventory onsite (rural areas) or by desk review with the use of a combination of medium to high resolution (15 to 7.5 cm) aerial and street front imagery (urban areas).
Scope:
Approximately 13,500 folios in the following regions will be reviewed:
