Confidentiality
BC Assessment places a great deal of emphasis on protecting the confidentiality of the information that has been entrusted to it.
Property information, other than that requested by the property owner, is not available for public viewing and will not be released.
Agents and holders of powers of attorney, acting on a property owner's behalf, must present BC Assessment with the required authorization documentation before confidential information can be released.
