BC Assessment makes some non-confidential information about a property owner's own property available free of charge.

Public information fee schedule. Some information products are available from BC Assessment for a fee. Ple​ase read our Fee Schedule for more information.  

Confidentiality

BC Assessment places a great deal of emphasis on protecting the confidentiality of the information that has been entrusted to it.

Property information, other than that requested by the property owner, is not available for public viewing and will not be released.

Agents and holders of powers of attorney, acting on a property owner's behalf, must present BC Assessment with the required authorization documentation before confidential information can be released.  Autho​​rization forms are available in PDF format.
