Personal information pertaining to your use of bcassessment.ca will be collected under section 26, subsections (c) and (e) of the
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act ("FIPPA") for the purposes of evaluating the delivery of bcassessment.ca and improving this service. The personal information collected is used for a purpose consistent with the original purpose for which the information was collected pursuant to the obligations contained at section 32(a) of the FIPPA. The following personal information is collected: user Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser details, date of the request, time of the request, URL/URI, visit count, the content of the cookie sent or received, and boolean flag.

The personal information, which is retrieved through the BC Services Card authentication process and collected directly from you, is used for a purpose consistent with the original purpose for which the information is collected pursuant to the obligations contained at section 32(a) of the FIPPA. The following personal information is collected:
- Given Name(s)
- Last Name
- Email
- Mailing address
- PIN
