Taxing authorities must ensure BCA is informed of changes in occupation of civic
properties to ensure appropriate assessment on the forthcoming assessment roll. For
example, addition of new folios for newly occupied properties, or deletion of folios
where occupation has ceased.
Taxing authorities can provide BCA electronic notification of occupation changes,
including copies of leases/rental agreements, using Citrix ShareFile.
