construction and renovations to the assessment roll, and thus, contribute to capture of
non-market change.
BCA requests taxing authorities provide electronic copies of plans using Citrix ShareFile.
Taxing authorities who do not require electronic copies of building plans can utilize the
Tiny Scanner application to digitize paper copies of plans. Furthermore, BCA
recommends taxing authorities consider requiring electronic plans as part of your
building permit application process to enable electronic transfer.
