BC Assessment’s Monthly Sales Report provides monthly sales data for both residential and commercial properties across British Columbia or by select region. The sales report will include the previous three months' new or changed sales transaction data by property as well as provide you with the previous two sales transactions on each property if any.
This report provides a tool for enterprise customers or academic researchers to enhance market intelligence for any region in British Columbia, helping to make informed decisions, enhance database accuracy and data analytics.
