Pre-roll consultation is an opportunity for property owners or their agents to exchange information and dialogue with BC Assessment prior to the release of the Assessment Roll in January. BC Assessment wants to encourage more information exchange and encourages agents to book appointments with assessment staff to have focused pre-roll discussions.
