What if I disagree with my assessment?

Please call BC Assessment first (contact information is noted on the front page of your Assessment Notice). We may be able to resolve your concern.

Property owners who still disagree with their assessment can file a formal Notice of Complaint (Appeal) to the province’s Property Assessment Review Panel. For more information on this process, refer to the back page of your Assessment Notice, or visit: www.cscd.gov.bc.ca/parp
